Batoul Baydoun

A passionate advocate for Muslim immigrant and Arabic-speaking women. Leveraging her experience as a former educator, and digital literacy coach, she empowers women with the skills they need to thrive. Batoul is the founder of Blossoming Trees, an organization fueled by her vision to unlock women’s full potential. She is also the driving force behind the Incredible Years Arabic Program in Colorado, fostering positive parenting practices within the community.

Ranim Bitar

Certified Incredible Years coach in Arabic and English from Invest In Kids - Colorado. Holder of a master’s degree in Computer Science and has worked in business administration and teaching domains for several years in Lebanon and the United States. Lebanese - American. Married with two daughters.
